Should an issue require Level II technical assistance, development and MS SharePoint administration staff will be assigned to the issue until it’s resolved.
Avalution Consulting prides itself on client access to key account professionals 24/7. We will address issues and concerns primarily through our consulting and implementation team. Any issues will be addressed in the most timely manner possible. Issues will be reported to the business continuity technology owner until resolved (at a minimum twice daily). Root cause analyses are always provided.
